With 12 years of hands-on experience in the volatile Las Vegas real estate market, and five years as a life coach helping parents of children with Autism, Nannette DiMascio understands the challenge of planning for a secure future. She now offers professional financial guidance for individuals and couples who are planning for their retirement. By using diligent research and study of tax-advantaged retirement strategies, Nannette has developed a customized approach that utilizes effective life insurance products for protecting wealth and producing income.
Ms. DiMascio has a passion for three particular aspects of financial planning.
Nannette specializes in working with professionals in the medical field, giving them solutions to the high cost of life insurance, and potentially creating tax-advantaged retirement income.
She also loves working with young people to easily create a significant retirement plan within their budget. Compound interest and safe money combined are a powerful force! As she puts it, “You have the most power RIGHT NOW to give freedom and dignity to that 85 year-old you in the future.”
The third group she works with are parents planning the funding for their child’s education from grade school through college. The earlier you start, the easier it is to build tax-advantaged funds and gear towards earning scholarships and grants.
In addition to her financial background, Nannette has been a licensed private pilot since 1994, and through this rigorous hobby she has learned the importance of attention to detail and creating a plan that will succeed. She partners with other insurance and financial professionals in her work, offering her clients the resources of a team with integrity and decades of proven results. Her goal is to provide clients with the tools to build a tax-advantaged retirement plan, which protects their finances from the modern realities of market risk, litigation, inflation and taxes.
Nannette DiMascio is licensed as a life insurance agent in Nevada and 15 other states. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a year of graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
That’s me (yes, as a blonde) with my dear flight instructor, Dr. Lyle Brooksby at the North Las Vegas airport after my first solo in 1994. He just cut the back out of my shirt and signed it to commemorate the event. – Nannette
